She is a nationally - international recognized industry leader known for her transformative work on textured hair and is the founder of Forever Curls Academy and Redken brand ambassador.

Leysa is passionate about advancing education in hair care, trending styles, and the curl movement. Her viral content has been featured in publications like INSIDER, and she has won the American Influence Award in both 2020 and 2023, as well as being nominated for Educator of the Year at the NAHA. Additionally, she is the first female to win two Behind The Chair #OneShot awards in one night and Hairbrain color video of the year for 2024.

With over 27 years of experience, Nina Tulio stands as a distinguished salon business mentor, speaker, and educator, dedicated to nurturing growth among salon owners and stylists worldwide. Nina is also the Business Education Ambassador for Oligo Professionnel.

Nina boasts 20 years as a hairstylist, 8 years as a chain salon executive, and 11 years as a succesful commission salon owner. Her approach is driven by a deep empathy for people and an unyielding passion for the beauty industry. Her objective is not only to enhance their businesses but also to foster their personal growth. Her mission is clear: to uplift and empower all who are part of this beautiful industry.

Laura Gibson is a certified Master Colorist with over 17 years’ experience in the Beauty Industry. Spending the first 12 years as a Colorist in NYC and DC, taking every class she could to become an expert in haircolor and balayage. Her technical skills and knowledge have made her in high demand for both clients and brands. You can find her behind the chair at Bomane Salon in LA. Her work has appeared in some of the top magazines such as Elle, Allure, Cosmopolitan, MarieClare, Vogue, BYRDIE, and in notable trades, such as Behind the Chair, Modern Salon, American Salon, and Hairbrained. She has curated looks for Alessandra Ambrosia, Jamie King, Danielle Moinet, Eva Green, CJ Franco, Cely Vasquez and more.

Laura's exquisite taste and ability to create any look makes her a stand out recognized industry educator and influential talent. Her genuine, down-to-earth demeanor combined with her technical knowledge, and ability to connect with stylists have earned her the admiration and collaboration of major Probeauty brands for over a decade like L’Oréal, Wella, Joico, Rusk, and Milbon. She has colored for major campaigns, developed products, created viral content, written and taught curriculum including full Balayage Certification programs, educated on stages and academies, and consulted for them. Laura is driven by a mission to elevate the beauty industry. Currently, she is the Global Artistic Director of Joico. Laura has been brought on to aid in the expansion of the brands education, product portfolio, and audience.

Keya Neal, a seasoned beauty industry professional with 30 years of experience, is renowned for her groundbreaking work in breaking the textural and racial boundaries that segregate the hair industry. As a color educator, speaker, and DEI consultant, Keya has transformed the landscape of hair education and advocacy.

As the founder of Kolour Kulture and the Texture VS Race movement, Keya focuses on teaching stylists to identify and work with all hair textures. Her REPAIRations program partners with Texture VS Race Collab Coaches to provide underserved Black stylists with equitable education, championing diversity and inclusion both behind the chair and behind the scenes in the salon industry.

Texture VS Race operates on multiple fronts, featuring education, advocacy, equity, support for the school system, and consulting with major beauty brands to help them present themselves authentically. Keya has transitioned her expertise into a multifaceted consultancy role, specializing in leadership training, DEI initiatives, campaign activations, and engaging fireside chats with internal groups.

Known for her keynotes, panel facilitations, and leadership training, Keya draws upon her extensive background as a business owner, team leader, and educator to empower people nationwide in fostering safer and more inclusive environments. She was featured in HBO Max’s four-part documentary “Not So Pretty,” where she was celebrated as the “Wise Woman” and shared the history of the broken relationship between Black individuals and America, emphasizing that “Hair is indeed a fabric, not a race.”

Keya’s passion for education and her impactful work has led her to be named North American Hair Awards’ 2024 (NAHA) Educator of The Year, a testament to her significant contributions to the beauty industry.
